Laura Wagner has a promising career as a young auctioneer, but her life looks set to fall apart when she's the victim of a rape. The rapist is a well-known and respected gallery owner, and the assault takes place after a cocktail party. Laura knows it's unlikely she'll be believed if she files a complaint. But that same night the gallery owner's wife is murdered at home, and the husband is a suspect. His alibi is that he was raping Laura. Goliat is set in a small industrial town somewhere in Sweden. When Roland is sentenced to prison, his son, 17-year old Kimmie, is expected to provide for the family by taking over his dad's criminal business. This is a task he's not ready for. A Bollywood superstar hires a prostitute for a night of passion. This one night changes the fate of five characters forever. The prostitute falls for the superstar's driver while she struggles to free herself from the clutches of her sociopath pimp. Meanwhile, the actor is blackmailed for his past transgressions and he seeks to keep his reputation intact by any means necessary. These two events collide into a violent conclusion where not everyone will survive.
